I love the outdoor activities. I love fishing, camping and working in my yard. I love to explore Idaho’s beautiful backcountry with my husband!
What do you enjoy most about insurance?
I enjoy finding solutions for my clients and the opportunity to put them at ease. I worry about the complexities of their insurance program so that they don’t have to!

Being steady. Steady in my career, steady in my marriage, steady in raising two wonderful and accomplished daughters.
What is the best advice you have ever been given?
Do your very best and ask questions along the way. A willing heart and an open mind can accomplish anything.
Jan Naylor serves as Account Manager with ISU Cunnington & Associates. As Account Manager, Jan focuses on day to day servicing needs, coverage changes, certificates of insurance, claims processing, billing support and general account oversite with an emphasis on small business and commercial lines coverages.
Jan’s career in insurance began in 1987 at a local independent insurance agency in Burley, Idaho where she worked side by side her father, the agency owner, in every aspect of agency operations. Growing up in the business, Jan has considerable experience serving a diverse clientele spanning a broad range of industries including agriculture, construction, contracting, manufacturing and transportation. Jan earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 2007 and enjoys long standing relationships of trust with carrier underwriters and program managers. In 2019, Jan joined ISU Cunnington where she provides a lifetime of insurance perspective and coverage, claims, and underwriting analysis to individual and business clients.
Jan resides in Burley, Idaho with her husband, Scott, and three fur babies, Sassy, Boots and Curly. Jan enjoys spending time with her two daughters and in her free time can be found exploring Idaho’s backcountry and best fishing spots.
